“Diversity and inclusion” – what is the meaning behind these buzzwords, especially in the business environment? Do companies see a real benefit in being diverse and inclusive, or do they primarily address these topics to prevent damage to their image?
In this event, you will learn from speakers with broad practical experience about the motivation of companies to commit to diversity and inclusion (D&I). In a wide variety of organisations, the topic is at the top of the agenda and concrete initiatives are emerging from it. By means of the tool “Inclusive Leadership” you will understand how an inclusive culture is promoted in organisations. Are you curious to take on the role of a leader in a practical exercise, with the task of breaking down unconscious prejudices and approaching team members with respectful curiosity? We look forward to reflecting and discussing the topic together with you.
